The Atman farmhouse was created with the intention  to provide people with a place where everybody could find harmony with their own lives.
ATMAN  means Breath, spirit, what we  a deeply are, often hidden from conditioning habits and proposed models. Our simple will is to create an environment where peace, silence and nature can bring the traveller to rediscover simplicity. Within this environment there is the possibility to follow paths of knowledge through reading, expressions, colors and meditations. Everybody may take freely what He desires, even a simple walk in the silence keeping it in one’s own heart. 
Breakfast us an indispensable moment for people spending holiday. The attention we pay in preparing breakfast is an issue which we are committed.  The breakfast is made with fresh genuine simple products and is spent in the middle of nature in the silence of the Hills .
“We are made of what we eat.”  For that reason but not only for that one the beginning of a new age should help us to ensure that every day is a special wonderful day. Guests can enjoy a sweet or savory breakfast, natural products, whole grain products and  zero km with attention to quality: food chosen among the best ones: fresh croissants from bakery, handmade cakes, yogurt directly from the manufacturer, Seasonal fruit: cherries, apricots, strawberries, blueberries and melons.  Extracts of fresh fruit and vegetables are at the basis of pur breakfast and are usuali  highly valued by tourists.
Any type of coffee natural Milk , soy and rice milk are available to customers.
Starting from “Atman” by bike giù can take a road that take the cycle lane to Peschiera del Garda and to Borghetto. If you go along that road for 3 km, you get to the bike path Peschiera DG/Borghetto, where giù can choose left (7 km) to reach Peschiera or right (7 km) to reach Borghetto. The bike path goes along the Mincio River and is one of the more beautiful and popular in  our surroundings.  From the centre of Peschiera del Garda the cyclists can reach Mantua in 45 km of flat and almost entirely paved roads. Natural interest is intertwined with the opportunity to visit the small villages , very  rich in historical interest.
There is altro the possibility right out of our farm to join in only 3 km the ancient village “Castellaro Lagusello” where wonderful views await tourists.  Se can vive bicycles far rent and pick giù in case of problems.
The ATMAN farm is an excellent starting point far a holiday exploring the moraine hills, the river  Mincio and the river Garda. The paths can be freely addressed without escort to be free to plan one’s own departure time, the stops and the visits. At the reception is available the information material of the area for tourists. Bikes can be rent both for adults and for children. We also set to out guests’ disposal a locked garage and a workshop to repair bikes.
